Apple juice from apple juice concentrate, water, grapefruit juice from grapefruit juice concentrate, carbonic acid, yuzu juice, natural flavor, tryptophan, sage extract, magnesium citrate, natural cinchona flavor, pumpkin concentrate, carrot concentrate, vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, melatonin (0.002%).

** The positive effect of melatonin occurs when 1mg of melatonin (equivalent to 2 cans = 500ml) is ingested shortly before bedtime.
